Job Title: Lead Fence Installer
Reports to: Owner
This position is responsible for the field supervision of Service Technician crew members, and the proper installation of erosion controls, trouble shooting maintenance of building, grounds and equipment. Responsible for Inventory of supplies, erosion control materials and receiving, supervising pre- trip and post-trip procedures, and customer service for field operations.
Report on time, in company uniform and professional appearance to designated location specified by supervisor.
Perform all assignments per Company Management and Service Managers direction
Supervise Service Technicians
Perform and supervise tasks/activities
Monitor work performance and productivity of crew members to ensure project rules, procedures, safety requirements, etc. are maintained.
Assist Service Manager to prioritize, schedule and communicate plans and tasks to crew leaders & members.
Ensure safe working environment.
Maintain proper housekeeping at shop, at jobsites, with vehicles, with equipment,
Advise superintendents and/or project management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties, etc.
Assist management in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.
Communicate several times daily as required with Field Technical Service Manager to update job progress.
Follow procedure for installation, documentation and comminute with Service Manager or Compliance Officer daily
Ensure assigned company credit cards are utilized only for work purchases only and turn in all company purchase receipts to the office administrator per company policy.
Hold weekly Crew Lead meetings
Participate in performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures, and log achievement of performance (excelled and/or deficiencies) -for incentive plan
Supervise and encourage crew members.
Promote and demand an environment of mutual respect.
Warehouse, Service records, vehicle and equipment
Perform maintenance, structural and outside grounds
Preform or supervise PM, inventory records daily and service logs
Preform necessary repairs or maintenance
Ensure proper care, maintenance and operation of company equipment.
Ensure all machines are greased and maintained per equipment maintenance policies.
List and submit project material and supplies of inventory items to be ordered
Supervise and maintain inventory on vehicle and document properly the use of inventory
Provide liaison between Company Management, Service Manager and clients to ensure project complies with job specifications.
Meet with customers on site prior to installation when applicable
Complete work orders when task/activity is complete
Maintain positive relationship with customers and clients.
Promote positive public relations and image.
Hold daily crew meeting
Attend weekly Crew Lead meeting
Attend all Company Training and Staff Development meetings

General knowledge of business operational procedures
Computer skills, General knowledge of Microsoft Word, email ability
At least 3 years of experience in similar role (preferred)
Associate’s Degree Preferred
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Required
Physical demands and work environment:
Hours will vary based on operational needs. Some weekends if necessary
Must be able to stoop/lift/ /bend /climb and reach in order perform the essential job functions
Must be able to withstand difficult outdoor climate conditions
Office environment, normal activity
