Overview
Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state of the art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager will be to manage and coordinate information and security systems that will adequately support the organization’s enterprise infrastructure. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager will manage all IT infrastructure projects to meet both the company and client needs. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Enterprise Infrastructure Manager will report to the President; CEO.
Principal Duties
1. Manages and coordinates all information systems that will adequately support the organization’s enterprise infrastructure.
2. Manages and monitors all IT infrastructure projects to meet both the company and client needs.
3. Ensure all current and projected system maintenance, upgrades, and operations are within the company budget.
4. Determine current and future enterprise needs, ensuring the scalability of infrastructure design to handle expected growth.
5. Implement policies and procedures to maintain, enhance, and secure an organization’s technology infrastructure.
6. Manage and monitor systems to ensure the highest level of infrastructure performance.
7. Manage network interfacing planning, hardware resource availability, and the development of new applications.
8. Manages subordinate staff in day-to-day performance. Implement performance improvement plans, conduct annual appraisals, and oversee all staff development initiatives within the department.
9. Coordinates site security and facility access according to plant management and landlords’ requirements.
10. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products required.
· Strong presentation skills required.
· Strong knowledge of SAP required.
· Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business IT Management or related field required.
2. Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a related position required.
3. Experience in a high-speed automated manufacturing environment preferred.
