Patti provides a bridge between local businesses and the University to offer resume-building job opportunities for students during their education and upon graduation, especially those students who want to stay in the Waco area. She connects college students with social and professional community networking experiences and provides feedback to the City of Waco on ways to retain student talent. The goal of her joint project with the City of Waco is to make Waco a place students want to call home; a place to live, work, play and raise a family.
