MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Social Work or related field.
• Three years of experience related to the duties of the position; ORan equivalent combination of education and related HR experience.
Preferred:
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under general supervision, performs work related to employee relations for the Human Resources (HR) department; serves as the City’s ADA program coordinator. Responsibilities include functioning as the key liaison across the City and the primary point of contact for employees and the public regarding concerns and inquiries on ADA issues in the areas of employment and access to municipal programs and services. Assist Employee Relations Manager by performing other HR employee relations-related duties.
