THE CITY OF WACO SEEKS:
A detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize the daily transactions that may include providing customer service, creating work orders, entering, and verifying data, processing various documents and transactions, and assisting in resolving customer service issues. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• AND Two (2) year’s customer service, call center, or bookkeeping experience
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
Hours:
• Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm with Rotating Shifts (Hours may vary)
• Required to be on call.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under basic supervision, performs customer service functions for clients of the Water Utility Services Department (WUSD).
