An organized, team and customer service-focused individual with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel to assist the department with preparing records, billing account updates, verifying data, creating and entering work orders, and processing various documents and transactions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• AND Two (2) year’s customer service, call center, or bookkeeping experience
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under basic supervision, performs customer service functions for clients of the Water Utility Services Department (WUSD).
