Summary
Starting Salary: $58,589.36 – $84,840.61 – Depending on Qualifications
THE CITY OF WACO SEEKS:
A detail-oriented, organized, and team focused Utilities Training Program Manager who has experience researching, coordinating, and administering training opportunities based on the department’s needs. If you have training experience that may include monitoring and tracking employee adherence to licenses and certification requirements and managing and developing a training budget, this may be the position for you. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Construction/Computer Sciences, or a related field
• AND three (3) years’ of experience in professional and/or program development.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalency:
• Master’s Degree in Business, Education, Construction/Computer Sciences, or a related field AND one (1) year of experience in professional and/or program development.
• Associates Degree in Business, Education, Construction/Computer Sciences, or a related field AND seven (7) years’ of experience in professional and/or program development.
• Eleven (11) years’ of experience in professional and/or program development.
• Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License.
Preferred:
• Experience within Water Utility Training or a similar field.
• Licensing from Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to teach basic utility courses.
