Overview
Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state of the art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Production Maintenance Manager will be to manage maintenance and repair services for complex mechanical and electrical production equipment and systems. This position will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance workers, materials and activities to complete work orders with minimal downtime, while adhering to safety requirements and regulations. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Production Maintenance Manager will report to the Director of Plant Operations.
Principal Duties
1. Ensuring that planning and scheduling maintenance workers, materials and activities to complete work orders with minimal downtime, while adhering to safety requirements and regulations.
2. Manage maintenance and repair services for complex mechanical and electrical production equipment and systems. Ensure all equipment and automation is at production line target up time.
3. Recommend and implement enhancements as needed for production improvements.
4. Develops equipment total cost of ownership metrics and performs cost tracking of spare parts and vendor costs.
5. Prepares and implements comprehensive master PM schedule and typical repair projects for the facility. This includes day-to-day troubleshooting and repair, as well as identifying and driving initiatives and fostering accountability.
6. Manage performance of direct reports. Manage teams internally to ensure the best result at the most cost-effective solution.
7. Ensures all maintenance activities adhere to environmental health and safety requirements.
8. Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
9. Participates and collaborates with production and quality team members in continuous improvement projects.
10. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products required.
· Strong technical skills required.
· Fluency in both English and Spanish required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Logistics, Engineering, or related field required.
2. Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in an automated, high-speed manufacturing environment required.
3. Demonstrable track record of OSHA safety compliance.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
