Insured Relation Specialist

  • Basic Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • High Volume Phone Calls.
  • Medium to high volume typing.

Education: Associates or Technical degree preferred

Prior Professional Expericenc:

  • 2-5 Years previous work experience


  • High volume contact to insureds to gather information via phone, email, text or mail.
  • Prepare packages for document mailings.
  • Scan documents returned from mailings and enter new data points into software system.
  • Order and scan medical records.
  • Enter doctor office and medical facility data as part of medical records requests.
  • Review for receipt of specific documents and set-up digital folders.
  • Entry of address and phone contacts into proprietary software.
  • Website searches and entry to data base.

Additional Qualities:

  • Good attention to detail, speed and accuracy in entry of data and document scans.
  • Developed verbal communication skills, and ability to listen.
  • Willing to learn, follow training, and instructions.
  • Organized self-motivator with ability to manage. time.
  • Flexible personality that works well with multiple types of people.
  • Adaptable to change in a growing business.
  • Professional friendly etiquette with a can-do attitude.
  • Aware of self and others and willingness to support team members.
