Onsite Coordinator
Sedona Staffing Services is immediately hiring for an Onsite Coordinator to provide administrative support at an an active construction site in McGregor, TX.
Pay: $25-$30/hr
Job Type: Contract Length – 2 years
Work Hours: 40 hours a week, M-Friday
Work Environment: Construction Trailer/Portable Building
Job Responsibilities:
- Work out of construction trailer to do admin projects for management
- Greet executives as they visit the site
- Answer phones/questions
- Provide excellent customer service as this employee will be the company’s point of contact on a day to day as construction is going on
- Report to the Project Manager and any other designated people on the management team
- Answer questions from contractors and assist them with signing any paperwork
- Provide safety equipment such as hardhats if needed
- Discuss safety with visitors
- Work in Excel and Word
- Must be dependable and able to be at work every day
Job Requirements:
- Previous Industrial, Project Management or Construction Experience is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Must have prior experience working on multi-line phone systems
- Must have prior experience in a supervisory or admin related role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
