Shift Lead

Sugar Spice is located on Hewitt Drive. We are looking for a Shift Lead to mange the front of house and to prepare and serve cold beverages, which includes various types of coffee and tea. The team members responsibilities include: Making Hand Crafted Drinks, Taking Orders, Cleaning, and Bring Out Food and Drinks to Customer. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and ability to learn and remember basic drink recipes within 2 weeks of training. You should be able to work various shifts.   Qualifications Required 18 years old or older Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Speaks English Background check Job Description   Basic Qualifications: Maintain regular and consist attendance and punctuality Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift Able to learn and remember drink recipes within the first 2 weeks of training
