This position functions as the key HR strategic business partner to the leadership team supporting the Commercial HVAC manufacturing plants in Waco, TX and Fort Smith, AR. This role is primarily onsite but we will offer some hybrid flexibility as business needs allow. This role will develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, talent strategy, employee relations management and strategic support for both the employees within both facilities.


-Be a credible coach and confidante to these leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocate.
-Provide leadership, guidance and counsel on matters related to talent, organizational change, human capital, employee engagement etc.
-Lead, guide and develop the local human resources team.
-Understands the points of connection between the business strategy and the people strategy; Provides alternative insights and options into key business issues.
-Execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, employee engagement and communications
-Provide guidance to leadership on talent management/development and succession planning to ensure the right talent capabilities and bench strength are developed to support the business
-Serve as expert in change management processes to positively impact organizational effectiveness; provides guidance and coaching to leadership team on change management.
-Drive and enable cultural transformation to support a Diverse and Inclusive environment.
-Develops a sustainable strategic workforce plan for the organization
-Collaborates with other business HR leaders to share best practices, critical needs issues, and sector initiatives.
-Builds and supports an employee engagement strategy that facilitates organizational performance and path towards our desired culture
-Coaches and advises on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement

-Focuses on operational excellence through innovation, efficiency, process excellence, and accountability.


-Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
-Minimum 5 years of experience in the Human Resources Function
-Preferred SPHR/PHR certificate
-Strong skills/experience in business partnering
-Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.
-Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and org dev. experience.
-Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed
-Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills with all levels of the organization required
-Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures business compliance
-Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Target Base Compensation Range is $68,000 – $140,000 annually. Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
